Commercial Trade Agreement

Terms & Conditions

Trade terms governing custom embroidery digitising, heat-seal transfers, screen printing, and garment supply.

1. Artwork Approval & Proof Sign-Off

Prior to physical machine embroidery or garment printing, Lucky Embroidery Services will provide a digital artwork proof simulation via our interactive proof portal. The client is responsible for thoroughly reviewing all aspects including spelling, dimensions, thread colors, and positioning.

Notice: Once an order proof is approved by the client in writing or through our portal, production commences immediately. Lucky Embroidery Services cannot be held liable for typographical or graphic layout errors that were present in the approved proof.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademark Ownership

By uploading artwork, badges, emblems, or emblems to Lucky Embroidery Services, the client warrants that they hold legitimate copyright, trademark, or licensing authorization to reproduce the design. The client indemnifies Lucky Embroidery Services against any third-party intellectual property claims.

3. Digitising Setup Files

Setup digitising fees cover the technical conversion of vector/bitmap art into industrial stitch instruction formats (.DST / .PES / .EMB) calibrated specifically for our multi-head Tajima embroidery machinery. Digitised files remain stored in our archive for convenient re-ordering without recurring setup charges.

4. Payment & Production Lead Times

Full payment or approved commercial 30-day credit account terms are required prior to order dispatch. Standard production lead times are 5–7 working days from artwork proof approval. Express options are available upon written confirmation.

5. Governing Law

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any commercial dispute.
